DeBest BBQ provided the food for our Sportsmans Banquet and WOW what a treat it was.

We had an appreciation dinner for our staff at Kirtland Central High School. This was the best meal served to them this year.
The sausage was so tender and moist.  The brisket was very tender and tasty. I even had a vegetarian try the meat.
She really enjoyed the sausage. Our staff raved about the quality and amount of food they received.

On today, April 26, 07, we finally located you. We lost your card last summer and have really been praying to find you again. Since coming to Farmington New Mexico, we have been looking for some good soul food bar-b-que and have not been able to find any. We moved here almost four years ago and have not located a soul food restaurant. When we met you last summer at an event in front of the Family Christian Book Store and bought your bar-b- que, It was the must awesome experience since being here in Farmington. We even drove back to California to eat at a soul food restaurant. Now that is desperation!!!!!!! After eating your food we finally kissed L.A. good bye for good. Keep up the good work. Your meat is so tender and tasty, my father can finally eat meat again without a problem. (smile) OUR CHURCH ACTIVITIES WILL BE PLANNED AROUND YOUR COOKING. And I thought we could really cook. Ruin our dream any time!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic! We fed about 70 people with your remarkable BBQ pork and Brisket.  Everyone raved about the food.  Several of the families wanted to know how to get hold of you.  I gave them your information.  They especially loved the brisket, and I agree.  It was delicious.  Some of them came back for 3 or 4 helpings. Some comments:
"Wow, this is amazing, I've never tasted anything so good"
"That is the best bbq I have ever tasted"
"This is soo good, I usually don't eat very much meat, but this is soo good"

Your BBQ meat was all tender, moist and delicious to the taste.  Your sauce is fabulous, it is not to sweet or spicy yet it had enough to let you know you where eating some of the best bbq I've tasted.  We fed approximately 250 and from the first to the last the meat was tender well cooked and enough food that our big football players were all well fed.  As the coordinator to feed the group I was impressed with the quantity of food as well as the quality.  Every bit of it was excellent.  I would highly recommend your BBQ to all.  It is the best in this part of the Country that I have tasted.  Thanks for delicious food and awesome service.
